How Our Pricing Stacks Up

What the State Charges Separately

Some fees go directly to the state and are separate from our service:

• Designation filing fee: $30 to designate or change an agent ($5 if an agent changes their own address)
• Biennial statement: $9 every two years
• LLC formation fee: $200 plus $5 copy fee

We handle the designation paperwork. You pay the state fee directly.

How Billing Works

Your service runs for twelve months from enrollment. Before renewal, we send a reminder. If you choose to continue, it renews at $99 for another year. No early termination fees. No penalties for canceling before renewal.

Complete enrollment online. We prepare and file the agent designation with the Department of State, then notify you once the state processes it. Portal access and document forwarding begin as soon as the filing is complete.
